Welding & Grinding

Rails verjongen in een wisseltraject is precisiewerk Rails verjongen in een wisseltraject is precisiewerk
AWEJA Railsystemen BV uses enclosed welding techniques to weld consecutive lengths of rail. This electrical welding process uses an electrode and weld pool contained between copper blocks to create continuous welds. This welding method is used everywhere, e.g. for warehousing systems, crane tracks and machinery, as well as for repairs to old track systems.
All AWEJA Railsystemen's welders are Lloyds certified and have to recertify every six months to retain their credentials.

Examination pieces are tested in a laboratory to determine whether all quality and strength requirements have been satisfied. Our internal training programme ensures that AWEJA Railsystemen BV can guarantee the quality of installation and welding work performed on behalf of its customers.

If a rail system is beginning to show signs of wear, then existing rail heads can be ground down to approximate their original shape. AWEJA Railsystemen BV has its own grinding equipment that can accurately grind the rail head's upper, side and slanting surfaces.

If your rail system is showing signs of wear, then please do not hesitate to contact us to make an appointment without obligation by e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by telephone on +31 (0)315 640047.
