Na de gebruikelijk rustigere zomerperiode waarin velen van ons een welverdiende vakantie hebben genoten is het nu weer tijd om op te schakelen naar de hoogste versnelling.

In automated warehouses, crane rails must function reliably for extended periods. In practice, these rails are constantly exposed to mechanical stress. Repeated forces, wear, and tension around welds can cause small cracks or incipient damage over time. If this damage is detected too late, it can lead to faulty conditions, downtime, and unwanted disruptions to the warehouse process.

Aweja Railsystemen is bezig met de realisatie van een hypermodern logistiek centrum voor een klant in België. Hier onstaat een 45 meter hoog geautomatiseerd magazijn voor de opslag van pallets.

We recently visited the construction of Serbia's very first high-bay warehouse in Kač near Novi Sad. AWEJA will supply the rails for a total of nine stacker cranes that will soon be installed in this silo-built warehouse for a major tire manufacturer.

AWEJA Railsystemen B.V. is sinds 26 juni 2025 officieel gecertificeerd door TÜV NORD als „Fachbetrieb nach AwSV“. Dit betekent dat wij nu bevoegd zijn om boor- en bevestigingswerkzaamheden uit te voeren aan LAU-installaties (Lagerung, Abfüll & Umschlag installaties) met vloeistofdichte oppervlaktes volgens het Duitse “Wasserhaushaltsgesetz” (WHG).
